Once the individuals are well-informed about CFSS and the various models available, we work alongside them to create a tailored plan that addresses their specific needs and outlines the reasons they require CFSS. We assist this process by providing templates and forms that make planning easier.
We assess the quality of our services through regular surveys, which help us identify areas for improvement. In addition, we engage in ongoing conversations with both the individual and their guardian. Based on the feedback from these interactions, we adjust plans and approaches as necessary.
